Earlier this month, the first photos of Rachael touchscreen phone from Sony Ericsson had emerged. Expansys has published detailed specifications (though partial) of the device under the name XPERIA but with the photo of the device known as Rachael. Here are the details:

• Android OS
• a touch screen 800 × 400
• 3.5G (10Mbps)
• a camera of 8 megapixel with autofocus
• AGPS

The specifications no mention of processor speed, although we think that Sony Ericsson will use a processor of 1Ghz snapdragon. Nothing is said about the graphics acceleration, but there are probably a GPU is compatible with OpenGL. At this stage, the price and release date are not known, but that can be said for pre-released “soon” (in the next 3 months).
